Role Overview

We seek an experienced Construction Manager based in the Albany, NY region to lead projects from preconstruction through to completion. This proactive role involves managing schedules, budgets, quality assurance, project controls, and field coordination while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Working closely with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, you will ensure projects meet safety and contractual standards efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously across all delivery phases.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to contract documents.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
