Role Description and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Implement and execute advertising strategies on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Supervise SEO activities to enhance online visibility.
- Optimize website performance to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage Google Analytics and utilize data for informed marketing decisions.
- Deploy CRM and marketing automation systems efficiently.
- Drive recruitment, B2B, and broader marketing lead generation efforts.
- Produce detailed performance reports for all campaigns.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms.
- Successful track record generating B2B leads and recruitment-focused campaigns.
- Strong SEO management capabilities.
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing CRM systems and improving website conversion rates.
- Executing email marketing campaigns effectively.
