Role Description and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Implement and execute advertising strategies on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Supervise SEO activities to enhance online visibility.
• Optimize website performance to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage Google Analytics and utilize data for informed marketing decisions.
• Deploy CRM and marketing automation systems efficiently.
• Drive recruitment, B2B, and broader marketing lead generation efforts.
• Produce detailed performance reports for all campaigns.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms.
• Successful track record generating B2B leads and recruitment-focused campaigns.
• Strong SEO management capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing CRM systems and improving website conversion rates.
• Executing email marketing campaigns effectively.

Eligibility and Education Requirements

Candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies or Digital Media are eligible to apply.
