Job Overview
You will be responsible for picking up grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them efficiently to customers with a target delivery time of 10 to 20 minutes. The role involves using the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders and maintain performance metrics such as ratings and punctuality.

- Employment type: Full-time or Part-time with flexible shift options including morning, evening, or night.
- Primarily field-based work requiring a bike or scooter for deliveries.
Compensation Structure
Your payment is based on a combination of base pay, per order earnings, incentives, and petrol allowance. Earnings per order typically range from ₹20 to ₹35.
Estimated monthly incomes vary as follows:
- Normal full-time work: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
- High performance with longer hours: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000
- Heavy workload with incentives: ₹80,000 or more is achievable
Example daily earnings might be 30 orders at ₹25 each, plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500, totaling approximately ₹900 to ₹1,200 per day, leading to a monthly income between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 assuming 26 working days.

- Income is variable and depends on order availability, demand in your area, your working hours, and fuel costs which are usually borne by you.

- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
