Job Overview

You will be responsible for picking up grocery or parcel orders from Blinkit dark stores and delivering them efficiently to customers with a target delivery time of 10 to 20 minutes. The role involves using the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders and maintain performance metrics such as ratings and punctuality.

Compensation Structure

Your payment is based on a combination of base pay, per order earnings, incentives, and petrol allowance. Earnings per order typically range from ₹20 to ₹35.

Estimated monthly incomes vary as follows:

• Normal full-time work: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
• High performance with longer hours: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000
• Heavy workload with incentives: ₹80,000 or more is achievable

Example daily earnings might be 30 orders at ₹25 each, plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500, totaling approximately ₹900 to ₹1,200 per day, leading to a monthly income between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 assuming 26 working days.
