Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure records are accurate, comprehensive, and consistent.
- Detect and report duplicate entries, outdated information, and formatting discrepancies.
- Perform regular data validation and quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity.
- Organize digital documents following predefined guidelines.
- Communicate persistent data problems to the operations and technical teams for resolution.
- Safeguard sensitive user and company data, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Fulfill agreed standards for accuracy and productivity continually.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in typing with excellent spelling and attention to detail.
- Familiar with spreadsheet applications and common productivity software.
- Able to adhere to established procedures and work autonomously.
- Capable of performing remote work within Canada.
- Preferred experience includes prior roles in data entry, administration, research, or operations.
