Role Overview
Join Mondia as a Customer Success Manager on a one-year fixed-term contract providing maternity/parental leave cover, with potential for extension to a permanent position based on company needs and your performance. This role involves managing key commercial operations for customers and collaborating with multiple internal teams in a dynamic, international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, campaign implementation, and regular performance assessments
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by engaging frequently with assigned accounts and coordinating with relevant internal teams to address pending issues
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding needs, managing expectations, and ensuring standards of excellence
- Work closely alongside Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and departments such as Delivery, Marketing, Product Management, and Content
- Produce and interpret reports focusing on key performance indicators, including acquisition and engagement campaign results
- Lead internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify product quality and features
- Analyze and help implement customer requirements collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline with a minimum of three years’ experience in Product Management, Telecommunications, or Digital Media
- Experience working with digital products/services within ICT, especially focusing on mobile and digital solutions
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
