Role Overview
The Customer Service Logistics position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities involve managing day-to-day customer interactions, coordinating shipment logistics, and delivering prompt updates on delivery statuses. The incumbent will handle communication through phone and email, resolve client service issues, track customer requests, and maintain accurate logistical records.
