Role Overview
The Customer Service Logistics position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities involve managing day-to-day customer interactions, coordinating shipment logistics, and delivering prompt updates on delivery statuses. The incumbent will handle communication through phone and email, resolve client service issues, track customer requests, and maintain accurate logistical records. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners is vital for upholding customer satisfaction and consistent service quality. Adherence to company procedures and meeting performance benchmarks are expected, alongside participating in enhancing customer service and logistics processes.
Qualifications

- Basic competence in computer systems, CRM platforms, and standard office software.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields is preferred.
