Responsibilities

• Provide customer support related to the RealtorOne App.
• Coordinate effectively between clients and the technical team for timely issue resolution.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Support daily customer operations to facilitate smooth functioning.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience and skills.
