About the Role
Join RealtorOne App, a platform designed for realtors in Dubai, as a Customer Service Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international company focused on growth and to develop your career in customer service, digital business, and understanding global markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support related to the RealtorOne App.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and the technical team for timely issue resolution.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Support daily customer operations to facilitate smooth functioning.
Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on career development.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience and skills.
