About the Role

ofinto is a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on premium office furniture. The company’s goal is to become the leading online destination for ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks across the DACH region.

This position is available either remotely or in Zurich. The role is offered at 80-100% workload and can begin immediately or by mutual agreement. Compensation is competitive, and the package includes up to 28 vacation days.

What You Will Do

Support the customer care function by handling communication across the main customer channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
Work closely across logistics and customer service to help ensure smooth processes, accurate deliveries, and dependable after-sales support.
Operate primarily remotely while staying in frequent contact with team leadership and the broader team, some of whom also work remotely.

What We’re Looking For

Several years of experience in e-commerce, the office furniture sector, or customer service.
Native-level German skills are required; English skills are a plus.
A communication style that is clear, empathetic, and respectful toward both customers and colleagues.
Comfort using digital tools and a solid ease with IT-related topics and online workflows.
