About the Role
ofinto is a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on premium office furniture. The company’s goal is to become the leading online destination for ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks across the DACH region.
This position is available either remotely or in Zurich. The role is offered at 80-100% workload and can begin immediately or by mutual agreement. Compensation is competitive, and the package includes up to 28 vacation days.
What You Will Do
- Support the customer care function by handling communication across the main customer channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Work closely across logistics and customer service to help ensure smooth processes, accurate deliveries, and dependable after-sales support.
- Operate primarily remotely while staying in frequent contact with team leadership and the broader team, some of whom also work remotely.
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, the office furniture sector, or customer service.
- Native-level German skills are required; English skills are a plus.
- A communication style that is clear, empathetic, and respectful toward both customers and colleagues.
- Comfort using digital tools and a solid ease with IT-related topics and online workflows.
