Responsibilities
- Receive and confirm food orders through follow-up calls.
- Process orders systematically and courteously.
- Coordinate efficiently with vendors and the relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive customer support including handling complaints and feedback collection.
- Follow up on delivery details for each order.
- Offer operational insights and suggestions to assist strategic planning and reviews.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with key operational vendors.
- Support the achievement of organizational objectives by completing assigned tasks promptly.
