Role Overview
Dallah Holding Media is seeking a dependable and proactive Corporate Support Coordinator responsible for facilitating daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the department’s daily functions.
- Help in the preparation, review, and maintenance of corporate records and documentation.
- Support basic finance operations, including managing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), invoice handling, tracking, and document filing.
- Review and submit proposals as part of tender participation.
- Manage official communications on behalf of the company.
- Ensure documents are submitted on time and follow internal protocols.
- Assist in reporting and data monitoring activities as needed.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
- Support the department in meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Provide general coordination and additional team assistance as delegated.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or support capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of corporate procedures, finance, procurement, and documentation workflows.
- Experience with tender processes including proposal submissions is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Quick adaptability and ability to learn new systems and procedures swiftly.
- Dependable with a sense of responsibility.
- Collaborative team player mindset.
- Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
