About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Corporate Support Coordinator to assist with daily administrative and coordination functions within the department in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the department's operations.
- Help prepare, review, and maintain official corporate documents and records.
- Support finance-related tasks including handling Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), processing invoices, tracking, and organizing files.
- Review and submit proposals for tenders and projects.
- Act as the lead in managing official company communications.
- Ensure documents are submitted promptly and departmental protocols are followed.
- Assist with reporting and data monitoring as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required.
- Help the department meet deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Offer general coordination and support to the team as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or support roles is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of corporate policies, finance, procurement, and documentation procedures.
- Experience participating in tenders and submitting proposals is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Quick to learn and adaptable to new systems and processes.
- Dependable, responsible, and professional presence.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor.
