Role Overview
We are seeking a Concierge (Bell-Hop) to become a vital member of our hospitality team. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures, providing warm welcomes and thoughtful farewells, and attending to guest requests effectively and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests in handling their luggage to facilitate smooth arrivals and departures.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage aligned with guests' schedules.
- Warmly welcome guests on arrival and offer courteous goodbyes at departure.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and within designated timeframes.
- Engage guests to collect feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.
- Contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences via attentive and thoughtful service.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses pride and dedication in providing hospitality and hotel services.
- Expresses genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction and customer service.
- Preferably has prior experience working in a hotel environment.
- Is flexible and willing to work in shifts as required.
