Role Overview

Creative Activation is hiring retail merchandisers to join its team supporting Coles through the CRT team. The business is a leading retail partner across Australia and New Zealand, working with merchandisers, sales teams, brand ambassadors, mystery shoppers, and auditors. This position is available for an immediate start.

What You’ll Do

You will handle a range of in-store merchandising activities, including setting up planograms and relays, arranging point-of-sale materials, managing pricing, and placing tickets. The role suits someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and balance multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidate Profile

Previous merchandising experience is helpful, but a strong attitude matters most. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, and able to communicate well and stay organised. You should also be comfortable lifting items up to 15 kg and available on weekdays, especially Fridays.
