Role overview

Creative Activation is hiring retail merchandisers to support Coles as part of the CRT team. The position is available for an immediate start and comes with training, making it suitable for candidates who bring the right attitude and a hands-on approach.

What you will do

The role focuses on in-store merchandising work. Day-to-day tasks include building and updating planograms/relays, setting up point-of-sale material, handling pricing updates, and placing tickets.

What the team is looking for

Previous merchandising experience is helpful, but it is not essential. The employer is looking for someone who can work independently, stay motivated, adapt quickly, and manage time well while keeping priorities in order.
