Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable cleaners to join our Sydney team. This full-time job suits individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings, possess meticulous attention to detail, and enjoy making clean, inviting spaces for customers and clients. The role involves weekday shifts and weekend work, adhering to award wage standards at Level 1 plus allowances.
Work Schedule
The role's roster is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:06 PM, covering 38 hours per week.
Main Duties
- Delivering general cleaning tasks to a high-quality standard
- Performing spot cleaning on furnishings
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets thoroughly
- Collecting rubbish efficiently
- Cleaning internal and external glass surfaces
- Dusting all hard surfaces
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning is valuable
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team
- Capability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong focus on detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on public holidays as needed
- Experience operating floor care machines such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is beneficial
