Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable cleaners to join our team at Broadway, NSW. This full-time opportunity suits candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining clean and inviting spaces for customers and clients.
The role includes shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation follows the award wages with Level 1 pay plus a Leading Hand Allowance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard general cleaning services.
- Carry out spot cleaning on furnishings and floors.
- Perform sweeping and mopping duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of toilets.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish.
- Clean glass surfaces inside and out.
- Dust all hard surfaces thoroughly.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Capable of following instructions and working independently.
- High attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Good knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including public holidays.
- Experience using floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous.
