Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technology roadmap and foster innovation within the organization, based in Singapore. The ideal leader will have a solid history of guiding technology initiatives, creating cutting-edge solutions that effectively support strategic business goals, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and anticipate upcoming technology trends to deliver value to clients
Lead strategic and innovation-focused discussions with clients
Design multi-year transformation roadmaps to guide technological progress
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft client-focused solutions
Provide strategic insights for proposals, contract renewals, and account management plans
Establish and maintain strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders
Convey client feedback to internal business units for continuous improvement
Ensure robust governance across strategy and innovation initiatives
Represent a unified view of the client across business functions
Serve as the main technical representative and strategic adviser to client leadership, including C-suite executives
Lead complex, customized solution development aligned with client requirements, service offerings, and emerging technologies
Drive client-facing strategic engagements such as executive briefings, technology workshops, and roadmap sessions linking business priorities with evolving capabilities
Build and nurture long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities to broaden service portfolios

Working Approach

Provide proactive, outcome-driven leadership tailored to client culture and ecosystems
Develop trusted relationships throughout the client organization to secure strategic influence
Collaborate closely with the Client Executive, Delivery Executive, and Security Officer to coordinate leadership
Engage cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and delivery teams
Take part in frequent account and business performance reviews
Promote a culture emphasizing innovation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement
Facilitate high-level strategy workshops and forums to integrate emerging technologies with business transformation goals

Candidate Profile

Significant experience holding senior technology leadership positions
Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and innovation efforts
Strong commercial understanding with ability to influence substantial deals
Skilled in engaging and persuading C-level stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems
Experience collaborating within global, matrixed organizations
Minimum 15 years in IT Architecture, CTO roles, or innovation leadership relating to Cloud Applications & Infrastructure or Digital Workplace technologies
Expertise in Digital Workplace technologies or major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), translating technology advantages into tangible business outcomes
Proven ability in pre-sales solutioning, consultative sales, and senior stakeholder engagement
Experience as a technical lead on significant technology deployments or programs
Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for business impact recognition
