Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily security operations ensuring safety and security of client populations and staff.
  • Ensure all security activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage staff through hiring, performance evaluation, training, development, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct on-the-job safety training for security personnel.
