Role Overview

Chedi Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific kitchen section in its Doha operation. The role focuses on preparing and presenting dishes to luxury-hotel standards, keeping quality consistent, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items for the assigned section in line with approved recipes and hotel standards.
  • Keep portion sizes, presentation, and food quality consistent across every service.
  • Set up and maintain the mise en place needed for daily kitchen operations.
  • Guide and coordinate Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs working in the section.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Kitchen Production, or a similar field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, or 3 to 4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Experience with an international luxury hospitality brand will be considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, food safety, HACCP, and occupational health and safety.
