Alibaba.com is hiring a Channel Manager for India based in Delhi. The role focuses on building, growing, and improving sales channels across the Indian market to support business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and strengthen effective sales channels in India to help achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, study market potential, and design as well as execute channel growth plans.
- Build durable relationships with distributors and equip them with the training and support needed to market products well.
- Work with internal teams to help channel partners resolve sales-related issues and improve customer experience.
- Review sales performance data on a regular basis, assess channel effectiveness, and recommend improvements to raise results.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or channel management, with an advantage for candidates who know the India market well.
