Role Overview
This is an onsite Inside Sales Associate position based in Noida, focused on US IT recruitment. The role operates in the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST and centers on converting leads through outbound engagement and sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospects and support lead generation activities.
- Identify potential leads through sourcing and outreach efforts.
- Send email follow-ups and manage outreach to improve conversions.
- Support sales closure across the recruitment and business development flow.
Work Schedule
- Onsite work location: Noida, India.
- Night shift timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
Compensation
- Expected pay range is INR 216000 to INR 420000 per year.
- Incentives are available, with performance-based earnings going up to 18%.
- Additional rewards include sales incentives, performance bonus, annual bonus, and referral bonus.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools is required.
- Comfort with cold calling, lead sourcing, email outreach, and sales conversion is essential.
- Background in US sales, telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or international business development is relevant.
