About the role
This Bristol-based Care Coordinator position sits within a highly regarded homecare service known for delivering compassionate support and maintaining strong care standards. The organisation has been operating for more than 20 years and is recognised as CQC Outstanding, with a place among the top 4% of care providers in the UK. The salary for this full-time position is up to £27,000.
What you will do
- Plan and manage staff rotas while pairing carers with the right clients.
- Provide day-to-day support to both service users and care team members.
- Help uphold the organisation’s quality standards across all care activity.
- Participate in the on-call rota, with additional pay for this responsibility.
- Respond to urgent situations in a calm, professional, and effective manner.
What the employer is looking for
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or live-in care is preferred, along with QCF Level 2 or 3 qualifications if available.
- Strong spoken and written communication, plus excellent organisational ability, are important.
- You should be comfortable using technology and working well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
