About the role

This Bristol-based Care Coordinator position sits within a highly regarded homecare service known for delivering compassionate support and maintaining strong care standards. The salary for this full-time position is up to £27,000.

What you will do

  • Plan and manage staff rotas while pairing carers with the right clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to both service users and care team members.
  • Help uphold the organisation’s quality standards across all care activity.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, with additional pay for this responsibility.
  • Respond to urgent situations in a calm, professional, and effective manner.

What the employer is looking for

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or live-in care is preferred, along with QCF Level 2 or 3 qualifications if available.
  • Strong spoken and written communication, plus excellent organisational ability, are important.
  • You should be comfortable using technology and working well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
