About the role
This Bristol-based Care Coordinator position sits within a highly regarded homecare service known for delivering compassionate support and maintaining strong care standards. The salary for this full-time position is up to £27,000.
What you will do
- Plan and manage staff rotas while pairing carers with the right clients.
- Provide day-to-day support to both service users and care team members.
- Help uphold the organisation’s quality standards across all care activity.
- Participate in the on-call rota, with additional pay for this responsibility.
- Respond to urgent situations in a calm, professional, and effective manner.
What the employer is looking for
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or live-in care is preferred, along with QCF Level 2 or 3 qualifications if available.
- Strong spoken and written communication, plus excellent organisational ability, are important.
