About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation in Dublin, is undergoing a significant phase of business transformation and expansion. They are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager to join their growing team and help shape governance frameworks, improve business processes, and drive strategic change initiatives while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic business transformation programs across a wide-ranging project portfolio.
- Create and improve governance frameworks, policies, and standardized work methods to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management.
- Facilitate workshops to map existing processes, identify improvement areas, and support change initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators, risks, and desired business outcomes throughout transformation programs.
- Organize governance meetings and manage follow-ups on actions, decisions, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to embed best practices and promote ongoing enhancements.
- Establish strong cross-organizational relationships to assist in successful strategic initiative delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in business transformation, Programme Management Office (PMO), programme management, or portfolio governance.
- Proficiency in designing or refining governance frameworks, business processes, or operating models.
- Strong analytical abilities, including developing management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience conducting workshops, process mapping, and fostering cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of principles related to business change, governance, and continuous improvement.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting complex transformation programs is advantageous.
Additional Information
This role reports to the Head of PMO and offers a salary range of €80,000 to €90,000, supplemented with bonuses, pension, and benefits.
