Role Overview

Joining the Business Operations team, you will tackle the company's most critical challenges spanning strategy, operations, product, and business development. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform continuous market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic planning and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead special operations initiatives such as revising pricing models, enhancing billing efficiencies, or automating onboarding workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of Turnkey's core operating system, including strategic and financial planning, board materials creation, tracking and reporting company goals, and managing operational rhythms.
  • Offer product development feedback derived from customer insights and market dynamics.
  • Support sales and business development activities by engaging in direct sales efforts, cultivating strategic partnerships, preparing sales collateral, and delivering sales learnings to the team.
