Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands, emphasizing category selection to boost overall value in line with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Support merchandise partners in establishing and expanding their presence on our platform by advising them on market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational tactics.
• Generate innovative proposals based on current category status, overseeing the execution of projects through resource coordination and merchant guidance.
• Perform industry analysis reports, identify potential client needs via data analytics, and modify strategies in response to market shifts.

Qualifications

• At least five years of operational experience, including but not restricted to brand management or platform operations.
• Broad network and connections among local sellers and vendor communities are advantageous.
• Proficient in data analysis with the capability to interpret industry trends, manage projects based on data insights, and summarize findings.
• Strong abilities in market research and marketing innovation, adept at directing comprehensive merchant marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, self-driven, strategically minded, and adaptable to rapid changes.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and overseeing logistical challenges during peak demand periods.

Compensation & Benefits

The total annual salary ranges between 80000 and 200000 USD, calibrated according to relevant job factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies, and geographic location within the United States.
