Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands by following defined guidelines, aiming to optimize category selections to enhance value for both business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and direction to assigned merchandise partners during the standard platform onboarding process, communicating plans related to market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational methods.
• Collect and analyze data on category performance; offer recommendations and assist in executing projects by coordinating resources and guiding merchants according to project frameworks.
• Prepare industry analysis reports to identify potential customer needs and contribute to the refinement of strategies aligned with evolving market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years operational experience, ideally involving brand management or platform operations.
• Broad network and connections within local seller and vendor communities is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret industry trends and manage projects based on data-driven insights; capable of synthesizing conclusions effectively.
• Skilled in market exploration and innovative marketing, with the ability to lead comprehensive merchant marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, self-driven, strategic thinker, and quick to adapt in a changing environment.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure, managing logistics during peak demand periods.
