Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join Arr Holidays Private Limited in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and qualify potential travel leads through various communication channels.
- Interact with customers using calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their travel needs.
- Recommend appropriate holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
- Develop detailed quotations and travel itineraries for clients.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless processing of bookings.
- Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
