Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join Arr Holidays Private Limited in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves generating and qualifying leads in the travel sector, engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and qualify potential travel leads through various communication channels.
- Interact with customers using calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their travel needs.
- Recommend appropriate holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
- Develop detailed quotations and travel itineraries for clients.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless processing of bookings.
- Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12000 to 65000 INR based on performance and experience.
