Apnatime Tech Pvt. Ltd., a prominent platform specializing in SMB hiring across India, has rapidly grown to become the market leader within 18 months thanks to its dynamic Field Operations team. The company is currently scaling up to fuel its next growth phase.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for acquiring small and medium business clients, initiating cold calls, and securing long-term agreements via field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team stand-up meetings.
- Engage in regular meetings with HR personnel and decision-makers from customer organizations.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of meetings within the CRM system, noting that only meetings logged here are considered valid.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and closures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a graduate degree or higher.
- Have at least 2 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably in sectors such as online payments, e-commerce, internet services, or software products.
- Proficient in SMB sales, B2B selling strategies, cold calling, generating leads, and negotiating deals.
- Hold a valid bike license and have access to a bike for field visits.
- Age should be between 22 to 35 years.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 INR, supplemented by incentives up to 5,000 INR.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses incurred during field activities.
