Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for acquiring small and medium business clients, initiating cold calls, and securing long-term agreements via field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings.
• Engage in regular meetings with HR personnel and decision-makers from customer organizations.
• Maintain accurate and real-time records of meetings within the CRM system, noting that only meetings logged here are considered valid.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and closures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree or higher.
• Have at least 2 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably in sectors such as online payments, e-commerce, internet services, or software products.
• Proficient in SMB sales, B2B selling strategies, cold calling, generating leads, and negotiating deals.
• Hold a valid bike license and have access to a bike for field visits.
• Age should be between 22 to 35 years.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 INR, supplemented by incentives up to 5,000 INR.
