Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Overview

We are seeking an early-career Business Analyst who is comfortable working with data, understanding business needs, and turning those needs into practical improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and record business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Help review existing workflows and identify opportunities to make them more efficient.
• Examine business and operational data to spot patterns, trends, and improvement areas.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that clearly communicate findings.
• Work alongside different teams to assist with planning and implementing projects.
• Support the creation of business goals, KPIs, and performance measures.
• Assist with documenting processes and driving ongoing improvement efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and sound critical thinking.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills.
