Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collect, interpret, and record business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
Help review existing workflows and identify opportunities to make them more efficient.
Examine business and operational data to spot patterns, trends, and improvement areas.
Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that clearly communicate findings.
Work alongside different teams to assist with planning and implementing projects.
Support the creation of business goals, KPIs, and performance measures.
Assist with documenting processes and driving ongoing improvement efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical ability and sound critical thinking.
Clear verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills.
Basic exposure to Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools is advantageous.
