Role Overview
We are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to lead and expand a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants (FCs) for a leading private bank. The position requires generating business, managing a team of advisors, and consistently following up on prospective leads. This is a permanent role within the banking sector offering a fixed salary with incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a strong distribution network of Financial Consultants.
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors effectively.
- Drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on generated leads.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess at least a graduate degree.
- Age between 21 to 45 years.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing, specifically within BFSI.
- Proven experience in team leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fresher candidates are not eligible.
