Role Overview

We are looking for a Branch Relationship Manager to lead and expand a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants (FCs) for a leading private bank. The position requires generating business, managing a team of advisors, and consistently following up on prospective leads. This is a permanent role within the banking sector offering a fixed salary with incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a strong distribution network of Financial Consultants.
• Lead and manage a team of financial advisors effectively.
• Drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities.
• Ensure diligent follow-up on generated leads.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess at least a graduate degree.
• Age between 21 to 45 years.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing, specifically within BFSI.
• Proven experience in team leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fresher candidates are not eligible.
