Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and accompany guests arriving and departing, helping them with luggage and orienting them to their room features and hotel amenities.
• Handle guest luggage meticulously by retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing it in line with Hilton's standards and procedures.
• Operate hotel vehicles to transport guests safely to and from designated locations as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and workspaces, ensuring equipment standards are upheld.
