About the Role
As a Bellman at Hilton, your role is pivotal in creating exceptional hospitality experiences. Beyond simply assisting guests with their luggage, you help usher warmth and brightness into their stay, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and accompany guests arriving and departing, helping them with luggage and orienting them to their room features and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest luggage meticulously by retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing it in line with Hilton's standards and procedures.
- Operate hotel vehicles to transport guests safely to and from designated locations as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of bell carts and workspaces, ensuring equipment standards are upheld.
