About the Role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar is hiring a Bell Attendant to help create a welcoming and memorable guest journey from arrival through departure. This front-line role is part of Rooms & Guest Services Operations and is focused on delivering smooth, helpful, and polished service that supports a positive stay experience.
What You’ll Do
You will assist guests with arrival and departure needs, respond to requests, support operational tasks, complete reports when required, and help guests feel oriented and cared for throughout their stay. Part of the role also includes sharing useful information about the local area and making routine service interactions feel seamless and personal.
The position is hands-on and active. You will spend long periods standing, sitting, or walking, and you should be comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance.
Work Standards
All team members are expected to help maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidentiality, safeguard company property, and uphold quality standards. Professional grooming, appearance, and communication are essential at all times.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior work experience is required, and no supervisory experience is needed. No license or certification is required for this role.
