Bartender - WOOBAR

Position Overview

This role involves crafting drink orders based on set recipes using measuring tools, opening and serving wine or champagne bottles, and ensuring the bar and all associated areas are clean and well-maintained. Key tasks include preparing fresh garnishes, replenishing supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper, and managing soiled glassware and utensils properly. Candidates will also be responsible for transporting supplies, handling payments, securing cash at shift end, and ensuring the safety and security of all alcohol and storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow company and safety protocols, including reporting incidents and completing safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Provide excellent guest service by greeting and addressing guest needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Build positive relationships within the team and respond appropriately to concerns.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and manoeuvring in confined spaces.
• Execute other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of experience in a related role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
