Position Overview
The role is centered around creating memorable and distinctive experiences for guests beyond routine check-ins and check-outs. Guest Experience Agents proactively provide a variety of services throughout a guest's stay. They have the freedom to navigate their workspace and execute tasks such as handling operational requirements, fulfilling guest requests, preparing reports, and sharing local highlights to enrich the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
Success in this role hinges on ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and upholding high quality standards. Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication is mandatory. The job requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, and hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Guest Experience Agents are expected to complete reasonable responsibilities as assigned to deliver excellent service consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Work Experience: No prior related experience required
- Supervisory Experience: Not required
- Licenses/Certifications: None needed
