Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Barista for our café located in Haql, Tabuk. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based specialty coffee drinks according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks. Daily duties include handling coffee equipment, preparing light café snacks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and managing simple cash register and POS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coffee machines and prepare beverages following exact recipes.
• Prepare and serve light food items that meet safety and quality requirements.
• Keep the workspace clean, hygienic, and orderly.
• Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems for sales transactions.
• Welcome and engage with customers, taking orders and answering product questions.
• Work in coordination with team members to ensure efficient café service during all hours.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a warm and respectful customer experience.
• Barista expertise including coffee brewing, espresso pulling, milk frothing, and basic latte art skills.
• Clear communication ability to take orders accurately and coordinate with colleagues.
• Competence in food preparation ensuring consistent adherence to safety standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in cafés or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Dependability in attendance and flexibility to work shifts as required.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, quality, and health regulations.
