Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and seamless Starbucks experience for every customer.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes and specific customer requests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and uphold store safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment while retaining composure.
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality with the flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarity when needed.
- Quick learner with a passion for quality and teamwork.
- Comfortable executing various store tasks during each shift.
