Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and seamless Starbucks experience for every customer.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes and specific customer requests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and uphold store safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment while retaining composure.

Qualifications & Skills

• No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality with the flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarity when needed.
• Quick learner with a passion for quality and teamwork.
• Comfortable executing various store tasks during each shift.
