Company Overview
The Warehouse Group manages several of New Zealand's most recognized and cherished retail brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. The group prioritizes delivering meaningful and engaging experiences to customers, alongside initiatives focused on public good and sustainability.
Role Purpose
The Availability 2IC position supports the store's stock presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery efforts during low customer impact hours, ensuring customers find what they need easily and leave satisfied. This role involves close collaboration with the Availability Manager to oversee stock availability, implement the Manager's Trading Plan, and supervise the Fill Teams, all primarily during evening shifts.
Working Hours
- Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30pm to 10:00pm
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong drive and a sense of urgency
- Capable of understanding and executing strategic plans
- Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills
- Has leadership experience or shows leadership qualities
