Role Purpose

The Availability 2IC position supports the store's stock presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery efforts during low customer impact hours, ensuring customers find what they need easily and leave satisfied. This role involves close collaboration with the Availability Manager to oversee stock availability, implement the Manager's Trading Plan, and supervise the Fill Teams, all primarily during evening shifts.

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30pm to 10:00pm

• Demonstrates strong drive and a sense of urgency

• Has leadership experience or shows leadership qualities
